I had text reminders about the service, was phoned and updated about findings and when the vehicle would be ready. Able to book in quickly for the work that was needed. My car was cleaned on both occassions.

Nothing seemed to be the problem for Stratstones when it comes to satisfying there customers, even down to sending a video of there checking over your vehicle while in progress.
